Love this Book!

I use this method as a technique tool for every one of my students. Hand position is in a standard C position for the first part of the book. A great book to help the student recognize patterns, musical format, and hand/eye coordination. Plus the melodies are short and interesting. Both younger and older beginners will benefit from this. I've had many students play some of these exercises for recital. They are just lovely tunes - not the usual boring scale stuff. I highly recommend adding this method to your teaching arsenal.

Old Style but Still Usable

This work is an old favorite of many teachers. It is a great way to introduce students to works in the format of real classics. It is one of the classical methods that can actually be used to teach a beginning piano student.I highly recommend using the Peters edition of this work, because the print is larger and clearer than that of other publishers. There are not quite as many pieces on the same page with this edition, making the music much easier to read.The best feature of the Beyer method is the use of student-teacher duets. The teacher's part features a very strong rhythmic beat that enables the beginning student to catch the spirit of playing in correct time. Beyer's introduction of eighth notes is worth the purchase of the entire book!

이 악보는 많은 교사들이 오랫동안 애용해 온 악보입니다. 학생들에게 진정한 고전 음악의 형식을 갖춘 작품을 소개하는 좋은 방법입니다. 피아노 초보 학생을 가르치는 데 실제로 사용할 수 있는 고전적인 방법 중 하나입니다. 다른 출판사보다 활자체가 크고 선명하기 때문에 Peters 판을 적극 추천합니다. 이 판은 한 페이지에 악보가 많지 않아 악보를 훨씬 더 쉽게 읽을 수 있습니다. 바이어 악보의 가장 큰 특징은 학생과 교사의 듀엣을 사용한다는 것입니다. 교사 파트는 매우 강렬한 리듬감을 특징으로 하여 초보 학생이 정확한 박자로 연주하는 데 필요한 감각을 익히도록 도와줍니다. 바이어가 8분음표를 소개하는 부분은 이 책 전체를 구매할 가치가 있습니다!
