One Of My Favorites To Play

To me Haydn hasn't receive the recognition that some of the other composers have received during his era or even today. The Concerto in D is a good example. It is a lively piece that keeps your interest throughout all three movements and is not too difficult to play. The second movement is romantic and beautiful. While most probably have heard this played with an orchestra this publication is written for two pianos. For a single piano I filled in the rest areas (for piano #1) with the music from the second piano and it makes for a very nice concerto. You can play this concerto at different tempos and it still sounds good.

저는 하이든이 다른 작곡가들이 그의 시대, 심지어 오늘날까지 받았던 인정을 받지 못했다고 생각합니다. D장조 협주곡이 좋은 예입니다. 세 악장 내내 흥미를 잃지 않는 생동감 넘치는 곡으로, 연주하기도 어렵지 않습니다. 2악장은 낭만적이고 아름답습니다. 오케스트라와 함께 연주된 이 곡을 들어본 적이 있을 테지만, 이 책은 두 대의 피아노를 위해 작곡되었습니다. 저는 한 대의 피아노를 위해 (1번 피아노를 위한) 쉼표를 두 번째 피아노의 음악으로 채웠는데, 아주 멋진 협주곡이 탄생했습니다. 이 협주곡은 다른 템포로 연주해도 여전히 좋은 소리를 냅니다.
